Ad Saporem Vitae is an intimate epistolary novel that explores the flavors of a life shaped by different countries and personal transformations. Through a series of letters addressed to Mario, a symbolic reader, the author retraces her journey from Sicily to Barcelona, reflecting on ambition, sacrifice, love, loss, friendship, and self-discovery.

At the end of every letter, a question invites readers to reflect on their own lives and become part of the journey. Along the way, she writes to the people who left a lasting mark on her life, whether by challenging, hurting, or helping her grow. Inspired by the world of pastry and gastronomy, each chapter is linked to a different flavor, transforming memories into ingredients for growth.
